Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I only need a few tasks one week?
You’ll simply be invoiced at the lower tier that matches your task count. If you only use 18 tasks, you pay the Bronze rate ($335/week + GST). Your pricing always flexes down with your workload.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No lock-in contracts. We only require 4 weeks’ notice to stop our services. There is a one-off onboarding fee of $1,100 + GST to get you set up and running smoothly.
How do you count a task?
Each admin action counts as one task. A customer phone call, creating a job, sending a quote, sending an invoice, following up on a payment, scheduling work, and similar actions. Calls and emails between you and our team are unlimited and free.
When and how am I invoiced?
You’re invoiced weekly based on the tier your task count falls into. We contact you when you hit 80% of your tier’s tasks, and again at 100%, so there are never surprises.
Can I pause or cancel anytime?
Absolutely. We only ask for 4 weeks’ notice to wind things down. There are no lock-in contracts or penalties for leaving. We earn your business every week.
What if I have a big project one week?
Your tier simply adjusts upward for that week. If you hit 100% of your tasks by Thursday or Friday, our Friday Special kicks in. Any extra tasks are charged individually at $13.56 + GST each, rather than jumping to the next tier.
